room is decorated with two floral paintings by renowned Disney artist,

KATE CHOPIN SUITE Named in honor of writer Kate Chopin, a former Natchitoches
Parish resident who was the author of The Awakening, this grand downstairs
suite and bedroom is painted fawn brittle and contains a large sitting
room with a taupe couch, matching chairs and a reproduction cherry
armoire. The bedroom features a king-size reproduction antique plantation
house bed with leather inserts and Greek Roman columns along with
a matching armoire. A flam bau whimsical chandelier with crystal accents
and twig-like flourishes is featured in the hallway while the suite
and bedroom contain crystal chandeliers. Throughout the suite and
bedroom are more than a dozen reproduction prints by twentieth century
Italian artist, Leonetto Cappiello, considered the father of modern
advertising due to his innovation in poster design. The large bathroom
features a two-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Kate Chopin
Suite also has Cable TV/DVD and DSL wireless internet connections.
